The Government of Haryana
has launched various Sarkari Yojnas or welfare schemes for the welfare and
development of its citizens. Some of the popular Sarkari Yojnas of the Haryana
government are:
1.
Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi
Yojana: This scheme aims to provide financial assistance to families living
below the poverty line and help them meet their basic needs.

Old Age Samman Allowance Scheme:
This scheme provides a monthly allowance to senior citizens who are above the
age of 60 years and belong to below poverty line (BPL) families.

.1.Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana:
Mukhyamantri Parivar
Samridhi Yojana is a social welfare scheme launched by the Government of
Haryana to provide financial assistance to the economically weaker sections of
the society. The scheme aims to provide social security to the families living
below the poverty line (BPL) and help them meet their basic needs.
Under this scheme, eligible families are provided with financial
assistance of up to Rs. 6000 per annum in the form of direct benefit transfer
(DBT) to their bank account. The assistance is provided to the eligible
families for five years. The scheme also provides free health insurance cover
of Rs. 5 lakh per family per annum.

2.Old Age Samman Allowance Scheme

poverty line (BPL) families. The scheme aims to provide a monthly pension to
senior citizens above the age of 60 years who are economically weaker and do
not have any regular source of income.
Under this scheme, eligible senior citizens are provided a monthly
pension of Rs. 2000 per month. The amount is transferred directly to the bank
account of the beneficiary through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode. The
scheme also provides financial assistance of Rs. 2500 for the last rites of the
beneficiary.
The Old Age Samman
Allowance Scheme is aimed at providing financial assistance and social security
to the elderly population of the state. The scheme helps in improving the

3.Meri Fasal Mera Byora Scheme
